Some of them, like Brown Sugar seems same as the movie "Ladies and Gentleman The Rolling Stones"

As far as I know there are some tracks that were overdubbed and/or remixed. Check Tumbling Dice and All Down The Line, for example: if you hear Keef doing backing vocals, then those are the overdubbed versions, those vocals were done in the studio.

This is basically the same as "Philadelphia Special" (TSP / VGP).
I read that the "real" unreleased Decca album is what you can find on "Keep Your Motor Runnin'" (VGP-243). Don't know if it's true though.

None of the tracks on the "Unreleased Decca Live Album" (totally misleading title) bootleg have anything to do with the "true" 1972 live album. This CD just a collection of random 1972 soundboard tracks.

The tracks which were prepared for official release (i.e. overdubbed) are all different and can be found on VGP´s "Keep Your Motor Running" CD and a few others.
