Yes, seems to be the TSP, itself taken from from the vinyl TMQ LP relased september 1973.

As far as I know, the tape do not circulate. The only available source is the TMQ LP.
But of course, the original tape (one side of a c-90 cassette) may circulate in collectors circles. I don't know. Maybe yes, maybe no.
