I think you mean this;
I have heard about a programm that gives you floating IP adresses each time you login. I don't know the name of this programm, but maybe you can google it.

Not to my knowledge.

My impression is that gtx8834 wants to know a good program that hides the IP while navigating in Internet and it id worth the money.

There is a free VPN extension for Chromium - based browsers ( Chrome , SRware Iron , SlimJet etc. ) called "UltraSurf".

Paste the address of this link [chrome.google.com] into Chromium or Chrome and scroll down until you see UltraSurf and then you can add it to the browser as a free extension. Activate it and then restart the browser.
