12 years ago I've made a DVD with main & track menu for private use only but no audio remastering. The only audio I have comes from this DVD.
Is there another audio source available?

Flac version isn't needed because of the DVD audio rip (= lossy audio/AC3 256 kbps).

Seems to be the same, Kike. Same size, also NTSC and only chapters every 4:50 minutes. No menu.

Judging from the specifications from Jaap's upload, I'm pretty sure (99.9999999999999999999999999999999999 % ) that it's the same one.
I only wonder where I got the artwork. I certainly didn't make it myself, and the writing on the disc itself is not in my handwriting. So it must have come from a trade, a tree or whatever before Jaap's post.
There's some nice artwork on the page you refer to, so I would have used that one if I got the DVD then or later.
