How does that wetransfer work? Is free or a pay site. How do you access the file?

First of all, it's free.
Just click on the link, a new page will open, click on the download button (under the large arrow) and then wait until the download is ready (it's possible that your PC will ask you for a folder to download to, just assign the folder you wish to have the file in).
When the file is done, listen to your download
If you want to send a file to someone, go to www.wetransfer.com and you'll see what you have to do. one restriction: files can be maximum 2 Gb.

I'm running it through "Bigasoft Total Video Converter" at the moment (with the "rotate" function enabled) to convert to mp4. I'll see what the result is and eventually post it here.

Thanks much. Got it. One thing, I have an AVI movie file that I want to send to someone by e-mail but it's hard to find one that will allow a large file to send. How does this software accommodate sending a file less than 2 GB to someone? Thanks again.

Skip the intro (if it shows)
On the left, click on "Add File"; search for the file you want to send and double click on it.
Next fill out the e-mail address of the person you want to send the file to.
In the space under that one, put your e-mail address
next click on Transfer and wait until the upload is finished (you can of course do something else while uploading, just don't close the upload page)

Playable with VLC-Player, but a video rotation might be necessary.
Maybe someone can rotate it and transcode it to standard MP4 with a tool like 'FFmpeg' or similar (VLC unfortunately crashes while converting) ....
