I think I must have taken it off a fairly high generation VHS tape years ago............

If one knew there was a complete SB then one wouldn't want the aud rec but...if one doesn't know, then, aud rec is better than nothing...........

Any chance you could post your SB?....looks great.

Ok, I just checked it out and yes. thanks for pointing out that it is in fact a SB.....but I can't agree that it's 'quite good soundboard quality'. It's pretty hissy and one can hear the tape stick sometimes and sometimes flutter, so yes, better than I have said but...............
