All Down The Line II is in the archive because I have it here (numbered track 19).

Sister Morphine II? That doesn't seem to be included, but I noticed that it is listed on the back covers but not on the inside covers or at the top of this page.

I guess Teagueraw decided to leave it out but didn't update all the artwork?
Further up this page Trovahead asks "was Sister Morphine from later sessions?",
that could be the reason he left it out.
