rolling stones car for sale?

Did you know that VW produced 1000 vw golf cars for the stones world tour in 1995.
Most of these where top of the range golfs, with spec similar to a GTI. However a few where made as convertable top of the range cars. According to a UK web site only about 100 of these special edition cars remain, and of these the convertable versions are very rare. maybe less than 10 in the uk.
The cars had special seats with the bands name on, and the registration papers gave the name of the car as GOLF ROLLING STONES.
I have one of the last convertable cars, and want to sell it. I am in Normandy France, and can email lots of photos. The ultimate stones fans toy!
It runs and drives well, and would make a great summer car.
Open to any reasonable offer for it. Please email for photos.
Can arrange transport
Dave

They did the same in Europe when Pink Floyd released The Division Bell. In Brazil there was a car called "Gol" and VW produced a "Rolling Stones Special Edition" in 1995, as a publicity stunt when they first played here. A friend of mine used to work on a VW authorized car dealer and gave me a sticker, a magazine and some publicity pics. smiling smiley

Yes mine is the same as the one in Holland, but a dark blue.
These are now quite rare.
Is anyone interested in buying it?
