Die Liederbluete sagt bye-bye

Nachdem Abmahnungen für kleine Tumbernails in der Größe von 150 x 150 Pixeln die (auch finanzielle) Grenze erschöpft haben, ist das Ende gekommen.

Ich habe Verständnis dafür, dass das Eigentum geschützt sein soll,
dabei sollte aber die Verhältnismäßigkeit gewahrt bleiben.

Und es scheint es für mich keine Ausgewogenheit zwischen Informationsbedürfnis und privatem Interessenschutz zu geben.

Even the stonestongue logo is considered copyright protected.
When even used in a self created artworks, one can legaly be sued and fined.
There are parties that scour the Internet looking for pictures or part of pictures that are used without consent of the owner. I think the owner knows nothing of these actions and these parties are only pressing you to pay an amount of money. A new kind of extortion ???

Dumb people with time on their hands and mostly ... a profit in mind.

For goodness sake. Liederbluete is an HISTORIAN and RESEARCHER! Yes, some people should get a life instead of exacting their nastiness on those who are (or were) doing such a terrific job. Perhaps Liederbluete's work could be included on IORR?

thanks for ten years truth of my site.
On one front-artwork were used a photo from a photographer in Germany. And he ordered an lawyer to save his copyrights.
It's not possible for me, to check every thing for copyrights. And so I decide to close my site.

Hey grufti - you have clearly created an amazing and worthwhile resource for your fellow Stone's fans, please consider alternatives to closing your site.

Perhaps IORR might provide space for all your fantastic work? Or Aeppli?

You should have removed the "offending" artwork and replace it with a text saying that it was removed due to a copyright claim by the photographer, and mention the assf#cker's name!

Today would be the 10th celebration day of the Liederbluete.
I updated the last albums from January und put the complete content of the site - including the download section - in some pdfs. And so the work isn't lost.
