I always thought they came from 1978 ,BEST was edited in March 1979 so...
The second picture is FROM the same SERIE as the one of the promo single BTMMR.

My fave is of Anita (in profile) with Keith - facing the camera head-on but looking at her. Might be by Tarle, certainly around that time. I know I must have seen it in a book but can't remember which one. Can anyone help? Rockman?

A lot of the pictures in this thread are no longer visible, so I don't know if this has already been posted, it's from Roy Carr's Illustrated Record and the caption is:
Having lost his boots, Keith is about to lose consciousness. He crashed out moments after this photo was taken!

Always liked that "no boots" photo too!
And Roy Carr's book is imo still one of the best (good pics + much infos)!
Unfortunately it stopped ca. 76. A 2nd sequel would have been nice!

I have a big collection of Stones and music books but still can't mail a photo.
Have to learn it. Is it easy?

I like that last one in farwayeys2's long row of pics. With Anita. Always like the ones from late 70's where they haven't seen a bathtub or bed in weeks, and the eyeliner is all smudged,the silk is stained and you can smell the old patchouli from the hotel.
