Tiny Tim - Tiptoe Through the Tulips

I got it stuck in my head yesterday. Pretty catchy, in its own way spinning smiley sticking its tongue out

Post Pop Depression - Iggy Pop & Josh Homme. To my admittedly damaged ears this is sounding like a swan song masterpiece for Iggy. It leaked early online. I am still going to buy it when it comes out on cd for sure. This is a real good one boys & girls. A note about the early download thing: I downloaded "Blackstar" by Bowie about a week before it came out with the intention of purchasing it when it was official. Sonically the difference is dramatic between the download & the physical cd. The downloads just serve as a nice appetizer for the real deal.

Billy Fury - Wedding Bells (not his finest moment) - attempting to restore a dreadful Radio Luxembourg broadcast from 1962. Been listening to it nearly all day. AArrgghhh.
anyone ever read a good piece on removing crosstalk and radio interference from pisspoor reel to reel radio recordings transferred to cassette and then digital ?
there's talking from another station's interference heard at many times but i can't get rid of it without damaging the music but then i'm not a pro.
using izotope 5 rx which is great. thank god there's little to no wow and flutter.
