It's probably their strategy not to give us too much at the same time. I mean, if I could choose between a superdeluxe Beggars Banquet or Live 1963 to 1967 box set and a superdeluxe Light The Fuse box set I know what I would do...

Thing is that for unreleased material, ABKCO needs clearance from the Stones. So my guess is that once they are through with releases of 1971 until now vault material, the main focus will be on the true era of interest.

Maybe it helps if we all light a candle or two for at least something inbetween from the ABKO-controlled vaults. It must be said that whatever they released so far was really well done - Circus, YaYa's Deluxe, Charlie Darling - hell, I even love Metamorphosis!

would like an official release of vaults from that era with blood red wine included.

What does everyone think of the mix on the audio?

The mix on the audio track here sounds different to me and more powerful (as Keef would say) than Andrew's.
