It does kind of sound like Ronnie style I must admit but I suspect he would have been given credit if it was him playing on that tune. I'm going to have to agree with jpasc95 that's it's probably Steve Winwood but parts of it sound like Clapton, who knows.

Geez, what can I say.... This song sucks. I think a better question is, if you are Ron Wood, would you want your name associated with this thing? I think not. Take the money and run.

One of the comments under another video (same song) claims it's Eric Clapton and George Harrison on guitars.

IMHO the lead guitar is unmistakably Clapton on a Gibson, especially the solo and the phrasing near the end of the song".?
