I picked up the blue ray with the 2 cds at Walmart lol

Did that come packaged together but 2 separate pieces, unlike the DVD/CD package which are all contained in one piece?

Makes me think that years ago, they should have released the audio of the 27th show.
So today with this DVD release we would have two gigs from the Jap tour, not one on two formats which is redundant.

So, it seems the Tokyo set has been postponed till Nov 20, according to www.jpc.de, was informed this morning by email.

This is only for the Japanese Ward Records versions.

As I hadn't received any answer to the email sent to Eagle Rock last Monday, I've sent them today the very same message but through their Facebook page this time.

A few hours later, they answered me that they're looking into this for me now and have ordered replacement discs.
They will test the new discs and if they are correct, they will send me new discs.
They hope to receive the new stock tomorrow.

They asked me my shipping address for the replacement discs and also to accept their apology for this issue.

I found this a very professional and efficient answer.

Let's just hope the replacement discs will arrive soon...

Do you provide them matrix numbers and SID codes for the CDs?

Do they ask you to return CDs with reversed channels?

Because, you know, that 'reversed version' could transform into 'rare collectors item' in a few years.

I got the LP/DVD Set this morning via Amazon. And the CD/DVD Set I bought also in the morning in the local german Media-Markt Shop with a Special Price 17,90 EURO.

Why am I seeing this in Europe being released as a Blu-Ray with no cd's but not in the USA. All I see here is the Blu-Ray/2 cd combo.

Watched for first time. Poor quality filming. A lot of the numbers are played too fast.
Glad I didn't buy the expensive DVD/CD combo.

I contacted Eagle Rock (like 999 did before) with channel reversed problem and present them data on matrices and IFPI. Today I got an answer.

We have received our new discs and so if you would be kind enough to send over a photo or scan of your receipt and your address we will send you a new disc straight away.

I believe at this moment DVD and BR are with correct channels.
But stereo channels for all CDs (no matter of country of origin) are reversed.
If this helps, here are matrix numbers for my EU reversed channels CDs from amazon uk

CD1: EAGDV051 AF06429-01 manufactured by optimal media GmbH
CD2: EAGDV051 AF06430-01 manufactured by optimal media GmbH
Mastering SID code ifpi L574 for both. I do not list Mould SID codes that start as IFPI97** because they are just secondary indicators that the CDs were pressed by optimal media production GmbH, Germany.

Thanks, ironbelly. I learned that the LPs had the same problem as well.. I just informed my local record store. The owner said he would contact Eagle Rock.

I sent this message to the Eagle Rock Entertainment Facebook page this morning:

Hello, I have just received my copy of The Rolling Stones' "From The Vault: Live At The Tokyo Dome" CD-DVD set (EAGDV 501) and there seems to be a "glaring anomaly" on the CDs in as much as the stereo channels have been reversed. Are you aware of this error and, if so, do you have any plans to rectify it?

This is the message I received two hours later:

Thanks for your message. We are aware of the issue and have just received replacement discs. If you could please send either a photo or scan of your receipt and your address we can send you a new disc.

We are sorry for this error and we wish you all the best
