cheers in advance for any imformation regarding several cd,s i have come across on amazon.

titles include

rarest hits
rare hits
unreleased or previously unreleased.

also other cd,s claiming to be the stones live at the bbc.

these cd,s contain a lot of outtakes, demos, some already officially released songs, most never been released officially, and live versions from the early days of the band.

what i want to know is

did abcko or the stones officially endorse these releases of older material, or are they bootlegged

are they worth getting and will they be of good quality audio.

has anyone on here bought any.

they come in at around £9.99 to £19.99.

also there is a cd live in paris from 1964 or 65.

is that worth getting to.

Discussed here: looks like well known bootleg material copied to CD.

Not bootlegs. They are legally released because there is no copyright any longer.
'Grey market' would be a more fitting name.

I think the best way to describe them is "legal but not authorised".
