I find the music on "Satanic Majesties" to be as colorful as its groovy cover. No other Stones album conjures such a mood.

Majesties? Perhaps their most uneven album - with some of the band's best and worst efforts on the same disc.

They really thought everything they recorded was gold at this time I guess.. even if it was just snoring. She's a Rainbow and 2000 Lightyears from Home are good songs.. but there's a lot of crap on this album..
