You could try a redeemable online iTunes Code (same as a iTunes Gift Card) along with a iTunes US-account ....
No stores in the Dallas/Fort Worth area have it either. Oh well, I'll just download it. Complete failure of a vault release anyway.

The print is much better on the Japanese Blu-ray, which I find odd. Combine the video from the Japanese Blu-ray with the audio from the new vault release, which is a major upgrade, and you would have the ultimate version of Hyde Park '69.

Regarding iTunes - I noticed that they were selling individual song videos taken from Stones In The Park, they were up for sale for a few years.
BUT - they are no longer avaiable on iTunes, at least the UK store does not sell them anymore.
Perhaps they were removed because this re-release will instead be launched for all the iTunes stores.
So expect it to be on the UK and German and other iTunes stores soon!

So....for those who have watched this release, it's the same documentary available for years? But with a sonic upgrade? Having never seen it, because I'm in the U.S. and figure YouTube prints weren't good, are the performances complete? Anything stand out? I just watched Marquee this weekend and was more impressed than I thought it be, except for the set itself being way too short.

Finally got mine in the mail today. I love the audio, it's in stereo as promised. But to be honest think I like the video better from the French Bluray version that has the 3 extra songs. Maybe someday we'll get the whole deal? Anyhow, I can see why they went under the radar with this release.

Got it today. Sounds better than I remember, but missing those extra's from earlier releases is not a smart move.
If you want the extra's incl. a couple of tracks, which didn't make the TV-broadcast than buy the English version.

The Johnny Winter original of "I'm Yours and I'm Hers" is in open A tuning. Keith is playing it in open G tuning. He also begins the song with Johnny's signature riff, and plays Johnny's arpeggiated intro later.

This was kind of a waste. We need complete songs. That's what was frustrating about Gimme Shelter, too. Plus that damn obsession back then of just sticking the camera on Mick. It reminds me of that Stones In Exile DVD, initial excitement, watch it once, put in on the bookshelf, never watch it again.
