Possibly yes. You can also have a look on the label. As I understand it, the second label has the following text under The Rolling Stones box on the left side of the label:
A PROMOTONE N.V. RECORD
This text is missing on the very first labels

Here's the story...
in 2013 I own exactly 11 vinyl LPs.
I used to own 100's
I have no idea where they all went but my brother probably sold most of them when he was at home and on the dole.
Anyway... this is what I have left.
The Rolling Stones
The Rolling Stones No 2
Got Live if You Want it
Get Yer Yas-Yas Out
Sticky Fingers
Jamming With Edward
Exile On Main Street
Goats Head Soup
It's Only Rock n Roll
Black and Blue
Emotional Rescue....
And.. (wait for it)... A Feast of Irish Folk Music II
That's it.
THAT'S IT
Where's all my other stuff?
I had all Bowie up to 82
All the Stones up to Tattoo You
Who.. Trex.. Jam... Sex Pistols... punk out my ears...
Where?
A great vinyl album place in the sky!
Sad.

Agreed...and visit some vinyl fairs and buy used mint albums for pennies on the dollar (or pence on the pound as the case may be). Great way to massively increase your music library and not really spend all that much money.
