Sorry new to this.
I am trying to find a way I can contact one of the Rolling Stones, and other notable stars, ie through their managers perhaps? But cannot find where I can write. This is a business letter not fan mail so want to make sure it gets to one of them,

I'd imagine members of the Rolling Stones are almost unreachable to anyone they don't know already or who isn't family. Or possibly selling or buying a horse with CW and wife - you can only write/contact management (if it's business)
