To me, the funny thing is that this sportscaster, Gary, can't handle the fact that she "stole" his first line. He simply can't adjust to the situation. Instead he makes a fool of himself. I wonder if he kept his job?

Stoneage -> When I just did a search for the network and poked around their website it does seem that he's still employed and the blurb I found on their page "Meet Our Team" makes this even funnier - to me anyway! I imagine you'll enjoy the irony of what I found as well...
