Just watched that and a good watch it was too. Some of the playing and singing really was endearingly sloppy back then. I suppose Ronnie was still just 'settling in' to his new job

Fascinating how even in 1976, with most of their best recorded work already behind them, touring was all still relatively small scale with logistics and backing musicians very minimal. Small venues and I believe GA tickets on that tour were only 3 or 4 pounds! All tickets to be applied for by post too.

yea in 1976 I qued up in earls court to get tickets £4.00,
Jagger came on motor bike and threw some tickets in the air at the arena.Daliy mirror did coach trip to paris for £40 for the w.end to see stones on sat night plus hotel too what a treat that was.I saw them at knebworth in aug 1976 they came on stage at midnight cause keith was stoned, playing was sloopy in 1976 but still good,those were the days.

Keith's mumbling and vacant stare into the mirror has to be one of the saddest and most pathetic things I've ever seen.
