Yes, I recorded it too, home at the folks for Thanksgiving. Here's what happened.
Me: Dad, here's twenty bucks
Dad: What for?
Me: To watch something on TV. You're going to get billed for it.
Dad: But TV's free.
Me: Not this.
Dad: What?
Me: Just take the money, please.
Dad: Why?
Mom (walking into TV room, crinkling brow): What's this?
Me: The Stones, Mom.
Mom (confused): You actually like this?
Me (with sisters): Yes Mom, sshh!
Mom: They seem kind of old.
Us: They are, ssh!
Mom: Do they have any talent? Do they write their own music?
Me: Yes Mom, they're poets, like Byron or Shelley.
Sister: Yeah, this one goes "hey, hey, you got me rockin' now."

Who remembers the Rolling Stones' Hoodoo U Voodoo tour Pay-Per-View special that had the group performing at Joe Robbie Stadium in Miami, FL, on November 25, 1994?
The song list is:

2. Tumbling Dice (1972)
3. You Got Me Rocking (1994)
4. Rocks Off (1972)
5. Sparks Will Fly (1994)
6. Live with Me (1969) (features Sheryl Crow on vocals)
7. (I Can't Get No) Satisfaction (1965)
8. Beast of Burden (1978)
9. Angie (1973)
10. Dead Flowers (1971)
11. Sweet Virginia (1972)
12. Doo Doo Doo Doo Doo (Heartbreaker) (1973)
13. It's All Over Now (1964) (a cover of the Valentinos song)
14. Stop Breaking Down (1972) (a re-written version of an old Robert Johnson song; this live version features Robert Cray on guitar)
15. Who Do You Love? (a cover of the 1956 Bo Diddley song; and Diddley himself is featured here on guitar and vocals)
16. I Go Wild (1994)
17. Miss You (1978)
18. Honky Tonk Women (1969)
19. Before They Make Me Run (1978) (Keith solo)
20. The Worst (1994) (Keith solo; original recording had Mick on backing vocals)
21. Sympathy for the Devil (1968)
22. Monkey Man (1969)
23. Street Fighting Man (1968)
24. Start Me Up (1981)
25. It's Only Rock 'n Roll (But I Like It) (1974)
26. Brown Sugar (1971)
27. Jumpin' Jack Flash (1968) (with Whoopi Goldberg on backing vocals; appropriately enough, she was the lead star in the 1986 film of the same name, for which Aretha Franklin had contributed her cover version of said song to its soundtrack, which featured Keith and Ronnie on guitars)

He played on a trainwreck, though /quote]
Yeah it was bad as was most of the PPV... A huge letdown compared to the previous PPV, the 1989 tour de force in Atlantic City.
Best part of it was the rehearsals that leaked a few years ago thru WV.

I thought the show was very good, but the guitars were very low in the mix.

Thanks DP. Just looked on Amazon and copies are being sold at ridiculous prices. I'll wait for the inevitable deluxe edition release!
