I just can't bear the snare sound of the Winos for more than 20 beats. I hate it!

I think I know what you mean.Don't really like Jordans drum sound with the Winos as well.He had better sound (and playing) on other projects.
hi..got a homemade 2-disc set of '85 outtakes froma guy in south america about 10 years ago---has multiple versions of most DW tracks plus a few other unknown songs such as 'putty in your hands' which i believe was a Shirelles hit in the mid '60's...anyhow..it is about 1min30sec. and has jagger vocals and a couple of ripping guitars and i would love to hear the whole thing in its' entirety .....don't know where else it has showed up--no other discs to my knowledge..i can't send you a copy because i am away from home until early january...don't have my Stones with me (it is not a pleasure trip)...maybe someone else knows what i am on about?....

ok Rockman, i will post it when i get home--just make sure you guys remind me...i warn ya..the quality is zilch..but you can tell they were really diggin' to play it...never understood how something in a studio could be recorded so badly--even clandestinely it should not be so bad...i mean..'geez...how could the Stones overlook releasing some of these gems socked away and forgotten --i know they are just now starting to see the light with 'exile' and 'some girls' deluxe blahblahblah editions but there has got to be TONS of this stuff on tape...sigh...got myself all worked into a lather...dying for a Mickeys...oh lord,now i've really done it...

yep, just one part of the riff is similar, that´s all. breaking has more melody and goes into the minor chord area, wich is great. great lost track, maybe unfinisehd?Quote
