Perhaps the tired 12 bar blues rhythm has something to do with it too. Reaching into a well that has been tapped too often and coming up dry, or at least unoriginal, imo.
For a guitar player Keith's boogie weighs up for all possible phoning in there is, imo
Keith's boogie? He stole that fair and square.
Nobody plays as tight and cool as he does on this tune, so no he's got the trademark
Absolutely agree. They brought the overplayed 12-bar blues back into the modern world (of the 80's that is). Still the only really nice and original track on the album entire album.

Agree with Mathijs. It's the only Dirty Work song that's survived the decades past. I love the raw sound and the harp.
