Havo, unless you are very lucky, I am afraid you won't be attending any shows
with this budget.confused smiley

Club shows: 1000 euros/1500$ without any problem.

Most likely, the tickets are too expensive for me anyway so I don't even think about it at this point. But since I prefer the songs they have written and recorded during "my era" which for me as a "late-borner" is the post-89-era of the band, and since they mostly do not play the songs from this time in their career anymore anyway, I don't feel much need to go and see them in concert anyway.

Still, a new album of new songs (not a repackaged old one with new songs pretending to be old ones) would be a real treat and a certain on my amazon wishlist.

thumbs up Unless money is tight true fans should pay whatever it takes. Putting on a good show cost money, lots of money and I would be prepared to hack into my savings to see them again. Couldn't see me doing that for Macca though!spinning smiley sticking its tongue out

It seems you aren't the only one,VL13 .
I am not talking about myself, but I know some people who loved the Stones but who wouldn't want to see them on live again, like if they are done with the Stones.
I don't blame them ,though.

PS :E-mail me ,would you ?

I am a Frenchie ,as Mick affectionately called them in the Old Grey Whistle Test in 1977 .

If there would be any chance of a Tour the ticket prices will be dictated by wreckless promoters and ticketagencies not to forget the insurance surcharge of at least 25$ each ticket.
We have to accept the time is rolling not to say running fast also for the members and musicians gathered as the Rolling Stones.

'Putting on a good show' takes little more than being able to play in tune.

This 'true fans' blind loyalty mantra is a load of cheerleader-esque nonsense.

BV told us a few years ago ( 2 years or something like this) to save and prepare to pack our bags. Which I did. Thus I can afford a Stones price, I supppose.

Not bad. Seven posts from you today and all but one of them mention McCartney. Obsessed much?

I would not say I am bashing Paul McCartney in fact I enjoyed the Beatles during the 60's seeeing them live in the Cavern and in Hamburg but grew out of them only to move on to bands I thought were more bluesey! My comments are purely in answer to those who choose to 'Bash' the Stones and then go on about how great Paul McCartney is. In the end it's a matter of individual taste, each to their own! No offence intended. In answer to your 'Teenager' question...forever!
