Let It Bleed was also considered to be called Sticky Fingers, although I do like Automatic Changer.

And I think it was ER not SG, said in jest by Ronnie Wood circa the '78 tour (he said something like, "We're going to call the next album MORE FAST NUMBERS".). In a similar vein he suggested CERTAIN WOMEN.

Some article claimed BLACK AND BLUE was going to be called COCKROACHES. TATTOO YOU was originally announced as simply TATTOO (Keith was quoted as wondering where the "You" came from, as though he had not been informed of the change).

Yep, he called it "Bulldog" until he wrote the lyrics. He said that he thought he'd save that title for another song.

Working titles for Undercover were Triple X and Too Much Blood.

I think the best one is Cellophane Trousers. That's just beyond hilarious.

I don't know if MFN was also a working title for ER but it was definitely one of the working titles for SG. This is Ronnies painting (dated November 1977) of Keith from Barbara Charone's book. Bottom right you can clearly read MORE FAST NUMBERS.
