Any idea on who the guests might be? Steven Tyler + Peter Wolfe seem like obvious choices.

These are pretty decent seats in the front row of the balcony for the show in Boston that have just opened up for $247. Still pricey, but they are solid seats and they aren't $650 each.

Anybody know if the Stones are giving the crowd a hard time about bringing cameras into the shows? I know people aren't supposed to, but by the number of pics + videos showing up it seems like everyone has one.

Anybody out there who has inside connections know who the guests will be for the two shows in Boston? An obvious choice would be Steven Tyler and Joe Perry who are from Boston, but that may be too obvious. Any ideas?

How can people who have never met these guys comment on their relationship? I've had many of the same friends since first grade + if you heard us speak to each other you would think we hate each other, but the exact opposite is true.

I only ask because I was offered seats in Boston in section 20 (rear view) by a buddy who can't make the show for less than face value. Are they worth it or will you not be able to see anything? Not really sure how the stage looks or if I would even be able to see the band. Seems like they could be great seats or the worst in the house. I'd hate to pay a lot of $ (even below face they are pric

Ok, I was wrong. Katy Perry held her own, but don't make a habit of this Mick. Don't need to see Justin Bieber on stage with the same guys who sang "Sympathy for the Devil"

You know this is all Mick as I'd bet my life that Keith and Charlie have no idea who Katy Perry is...WTF is Mick thinking? What song could they possiy play with this bubble gum pop star? This should be interesting in the same way a car crash is interesting.

If the Stones charged a reasonable amount for these tickets they would sell out in seconds as the price drop in L.A. proved. The vast majority of Stones fans simply can't afford to drop $1,250 on two mediocre tickets for a two hour rock concert...This isn't rocket science.

QuoteGADAWG Quoteheadly123 I paid $15 for front row seats from a scalper to see the Eagles one time. My friends thought was nuts . We were sitting around one night having some herbal refreshment and remembered that were playing so we just thought what the hell. Let's just go and get some seats and listen so some music and ended up front. Funny thing was when we were hanging out waiting for the

QuoteHound Dog My friend in Boston told me that this has been all over the radio stations that so many seats for the show there are not selling. Making the Stones look bad I can confirm this. The DJ's were basically laughing at the Stones and calling them greedy businesmen. After what happended here (Boston area) a few weeks ago I can think of a lot of better ways to send $1,250 than going to a

Quotejumpontopofmebaby I do not agree with the high ticket prices. But if they would have done a few less shows. Like eliminated the 2nd show at some cities. The 3rd Chicago show. Given at least one more month for sales. IMO all would have been good sold out shows. Just way too many shows too close together in calif especially Seriously? I don't know if you realize this or not, but t

If that's the case the Beatles domination goes double. When the best albums list of all time is picked (by mags like Rolling Stone etc..) the Beatles dominate that list with several albums in the top ten and nearly their entire catalog represented...Elvis on the other hand usually gets a token album or two.

If they paid that to sit at the opposite end of the arena then the answer is yes, but you didn't seem to read what I wrote in regards to paying a premium for premium seats.

In no way is Elvis "bigger" than the Beatles. Elvis sells a fraction the cd's the Beatles sell. As a matter of fact the Beatles sold more cd's than any musical act last decade than any act with the exception of Eminem despite not putting out any new music for 40 years...The Beatles are much bigger and it's not even close.

Quotedonvis James Kirk, question my motives??? Not personally. You stated that you want to get premium seats + you are willing to pay a premium price. I've done that myself in the past. What I take issue with is the way the Stones are charging a premium price for nearly every seat in the house and how some sheep are attempting to defend them on this board and others like it. I paid $65 to

I question anyones motives who doesn't have an issue with the Rolling Stones charging $600+ for seats at the opposite end of a hockey arena. The Stones may very well be playing to half full arenas and if that is the case they deserve it for being so greedy.

I'm sorry, but anyone who pays $600+ to essentially watch a video screen at the opposite end of the arena needs their head examined. Is it any wonder that these shows aren't selling? Given the Rolling Stones iconic status they should be able to charge a premium for the great seats, but in their own greed they are charging a premium for nearly every seat. I'm sorry, but it's simply not worth i

I want to hear some post 1981 stuff. It's lame that Jagger insists on only playing the old stuff. The latter day Stones have put out some really good material that will only make a mark if the band plays it live. 1/ Saint of Me 2/ Plundered My Soul 3/ Oh No,Not You Again 4/ Love is Strong 5/ Highwire 6/ Out of Control 7/ Do You Think I Really Care? 8/ Doom and Gloom 9/ Sleep Tonight 1

Quotejumpontopofmebaby SAD SAD SAD! Not sad at all. What is sad is that The Stones felt the need to screw their fans with $600+ seats. If they were to make theses prices remotely reasonable the shows would sell out in seconds.

The greedy bastards deserve to play to half empty venues. There is NO EXCUSE for the outrageous ticket prices. For those of you who feel the need to defend ticket prices at this level, please stop drinking the Kool Aid. You are making yourself sound foolish.

Quotewhitem8 You know it is a hard one. I am excited for everyone who is going. And I am still a massive fan. I know what others and BV have said rationalizing the costs. However, I still fall back on how this entire thing about the ticket prices and overblown prices seems to have sullied their rep. Now all the talk has shifted from a celebration of their 50 years together and the amzing history

Quotedrbryant Although the pit package at $1500 is brutal, if you have the cash, and you regard being in the front row at an arena show as priceless, there is at least an argument that you are getting decent value. But those other packages with floor and stand seats are robbery. I think there is a good chance those tickets make it back onto ticket master as $600 seats (or even $85?). Keep wait

Money is not a factor and we would like people to remember us as we were – young, exuberant and full of energy and ambition.’ Björn Ulvaeus. To me, the Stones should have thought the same. so true.... I disagree with the sentiment that the Stone
