I enjoy the two Silver Train versions of the Black Crowes that someone posted over at hot stuff some time ago. Stones Crowes, was the title, wasn't it? anyway, this would be a great time for the Rolling Stones to show how it's done. I wouldn't mind Ronnie and Mick T. sliding on it. a lot.

Quotewith sssoul Thanks for posting (re-posting) Justin's great shot, open-g. That's from Anaheim II? May 18th? Yes, that's right. JumpinJeppeFlash, Keith plays it on Waiting On A Friend (Anaheim II) and on Miss You (Anaheim I) it seems.

QuoteMathijs It looks very much like somebody at Fender tried really hard to make a standard Custom looks like a 'Keith' guitar -white switch tip, upper bout etc.... Mathijs - Brass bridge, probably by Schecter just like on Micawber.* - the middle pickup screw is missing - probably a lap steel pup * - 5 Strings * - white Strat pickup selector switch knob * I'd guess the Custom shop i

QuoteThis was probably done by the guitar tech that worked on the 81 tour (I forgot his name, he's mentioned in the 1981 tour book), whom also worked for Pete Townsend and had an affiliation with Schecter. Mathijs Alan Rogan is his name.

QuoteGreen Lady Quotestonesrule I do not recall food being available. The Stones were good...not great. The London Police are who gave me the figure of attendees as "upwards of 200,000." I would describe Hyde Park as thickly but pleasantly populated. The English version of "Hell's Angels" were not at all like Sonny Barger and the LA Angels. They were very young and n

Quoteduffydawg What an asinine remark. He gets at most two songs a show. He has not played on SFTD since he left the band. Give the guy a chance, which the Stones, won't. I am sure its no longer over pay but rather ego. They are scared letting this guy loose again and showing them that neither of their current guitarists can consistently solo as well. Yes MT's abilities have diminished

QuoteMunichhilton QuoteTelecaster_man As I said couple of years ago on this thread, Ronnie has a "new" Fender Esquire from 1953 as said on his website. A new favourite of Ron’s is his 1953 FENDER ESQUIRE, he acquired this guitar about 4 years ago. It´s beautiful, isn´t it? That is a beauty. I'd like to hear that through a vibrolux turned up to ten...or 3. I'm sure the Es
