Are you referring to that you tube video a few posts above? The video might be LA, but the audio is Rio! Apart from that, guitars are 'wrong' for JJF in this video.

Complaining? How did you get to that conclusion? It is about onstage interaction, what is there to complain about?!?

Taking a cue from a discussion here the other day about Keith communicating with MickT during Tumbling dice in 1972 (L&G DVD version), I would like to start this thread looking for input by everybody, regarding little interaction snippets between members of the band and/or crew onstage. Someone else referred to the very recent 'Sympathy for the devil' incident between Mick and keith. So for

Quoteguitarbastard dave grohl: @#$%& Keith Richards, @#$%& all those dudes who survived the sixties. Flying around in private jets, living up their gunslinger reputation as they @#$%& supermodels in the most expensive hotel in Paris. It's like: you know what Lemmy is doing? Lemmy is... probably drinking Jack'N'Cokes and writing another record! How childish and insulting!! F*****g super-models!

You probably have to rephrase the subject, as I believe, that you'll get thousands of views and no answer..

Quotesonomastone QuoteMathijs QuoteDoxa QuoteMathijs Funny thing is -I listened to the San Jose 2013 version of Rambler, and during the first shuffle jam Taylor starts to solo. Within 30 seconds he starts noodling again, playing these useless fake jazz fusion runs. I am absolutely sure Keith wanted to shout at that moment 'shut the fvck up' again, just like he did in '72. As already stated above, after all it is such a common chords progression. The beauty of Gimme Shelter although is that it has such a minor-ish flavour structured around major chords in such a way that it makes you think thaty there must be a minor chord but it is not the case!

Mick needs to be challenged a little bit. He can take it. Yeah, he should 'let it all come down', right?

Isn't this font (The Rolling Stones) the same one with that on a Roy Carr book in the mid-seventies called 'Illustrated story ...' or something like that?

Quotebv It is coming later this summer. Great and thank you for that!! I haven't missed a copy since summer 1997. That's where I found some first real news about the upcoming Bridges to Babylon tour. Those were the days just before Internet (at least in the case of Greece) came all over the place with respect to available information.

Is there one? This just occured to me! For me, it is "I think I'm going mad" which is the flipside of "She was hot" if I remember correctly. I have the 7" vinyl, but I never listened to it from start to end. However, I will do it right now!

Just wanted to say this! I know, news are all over the place in IORR (forum, News etc.) within seconds, but I really miss the days laying back on the sofa and reading all this stuff no matter if it is not exactly 'news'.

Thank you for the information! I just have the opportunity to travel two or three times yearly due to the nature of my job, so I just wanted to know where this exhibition is, if it is an on-going event etc. About ideas now, well, you should get in touch with Ron Wood

Well, I would say that I'm not really a Stones fan. I'm a believer. And guess what, belyfan is the Old English word for "believe".

No claim at all to speak as an 'expert' here whatever that means, but this out-of-tune feeling I also get when listening to a lot of non-official live recordings of 1969 is really strange and after all much enjoyable. As I try to play with my own guitar some of these tunes, especially the open G parts I found out that due maybe to the slackness or tightness of some of the strings mostly in non-Te
