The film "The Harder They Come," starring Jimmy Cliff had English subtitles, despite the fact that it was in English.

Quotekowalski QuoteFreeBird QuotekowalskiAbout Neighbours: the Tattoo You LP was originally remixed by Bob Clearmountain. Mixed by Bob Clearmountain, yes. But you can't really say it was remixed if no earlier mix has been released. Besides, Neighbours was one of the two newly-recorded songs on the album. Start Me Up and Waiting on a Friend don't have a remixing credit. If you have a close look

QuoteGetRhythmicProductions Nice summary Thabo. I think all of the footage except for the Jagger interview snap shots actually was shot in Sept of '65 in Ireland. IIRC, those however are not part of the original film and only now have been inserted in this version. "Going Home" was recorded in 12/65 and inserted in the soundtrack, but the footage I think is still 9/65. As far as the

QuoteDoxa Quoteaprilfool Perhaps these six official bootlegs are a test. If these downloade shows are sold well, there will be a new pack of 6 or more. I don't know but hope it will be. This is good question. It would be intersting to know how much these shows actually sell. Not that it would matter to the Stones directly, but for example, those instances, in this case Google Music, who put the

The original EP is actually not bad sounding for a 1965 record, but these are different performances from the same set of shows. The package is definatelt worth what I paid from Amazon.

QuoteSteinschlag Quotetkl7 Take the PATH train from the World Trade Center to Newark. It lets you out at Newark Penn Station, and you can walk to the Prudential Center from there, it is a few blocks. Wow... thanks for the quick reply.... do you think it`s possible to get back to Manhattan after the show. Is there a "closing time" with the train connection? The PATH is 24 hrs, altho

QuoteSteinschlag Hi guys, this is a question for the locals from the NY / NJ area: What is the best / easiest way to get from Manhattan to Prudential Center without driving a car yourself.... is there a train or bus connection? Or would you prefer Taxi? I appreciate your help.... hope to see you there! Take the PATH train from the World Trade Center to Newark. It lets you out at Newark Pe

QuoteMrMonte Given the way these have been released sequentially, it'd make sense for the next one to be one of the small club shows from the mid-1990s, followed by the 2005 show. That said, El Macambo would be most excellent Sequentially? It went 1973 to 1981 to 1975 to 1990...

QuoteDiscoVolante Thinking of british bands of the time like The Who, The Jimi Hendrix Experience and The Troggs who used to smash their instruments on stage. Brian Jones and Keith Richards were pretty wild in the 60's but they never copied this behaviour, or did they? Keith smashed a guitar on some guy's head in '81

QuoteErik_Snow Worth noting that the Time waits for no One features a longer outro of the song of the same title, than the version on the IORR album. It's just the "click clack" that goes on longer, but still.... I like that record but I never understood why they included Bitch and Angie, since they were also released on Made in the Shade Also included on the SHM-SACD from Japan

Quotedjgab yesterday I listened to Some Girls LP and the latest reissue of YaYa's and Exile. in my humble opinion, Some Girls is closer to Exile than YaYa's soundwise. the mix is very good and clear specially for guitars, but the overall sound is thin and has a lack of dynamics. does anyone tried to figure it out ? Both the latest reissues of Some Girls and Exile use the Univeral rema

Quotekowalski Quotetkl7 Right, but they will probably use the mastering that was already put out on the CD. Do you think it sounds ok? Do you prefer the vinyl medium over the CD? If they use the same mastering, the vinyl will be necessarily less compressed for the reason flacnvinyl explained above. He did not say that. If the same mastering is used, the recording will be just as compressed as

QuoteWeLoveToPlayTheBlues Not sure how this equates but to me a digitally recorded album on vinyl is a rip off. The Some Girls Live In Texas was recorded on tape but transfered to digital. What they did to it afterwords... there's the problem. If they're using the same mastering technique for vinyl that they do for digital, what's the point other than to present to you the option to buy vinyl for

I'm not a medical guy but you can find information everywhere about what a blood clot is: (In an embolic stroke) A blood clot forms in the body (usually the heart) and travels through the bloodstream to your brain.
