anyone ever noticed a similarity between Gimme Shelter and Hendrix's version of All Along the Watchtower? Same descending chord pattern (C#/B/A) although Keith ends on an E not B-but very similar nonetheless. dont wanna be pedantic but I agree with Kooyong-this song is in E even if it starts in B. the chords are E A & B which sounds like your stock standard 12 bar in E to me. Except this is not a 12 bar and they play around with the chord order-but its still in E
