Ah, you're correct that I meant SFTD instead of JJF. Guess I listed JJF because they opened their shows with it on that tour...

Excellent work! Just listened to JJF through headphones while watching the video. The way in which the stereo soundstage corresponds perfectly to the Stones' locations, as well as the single camera footage with no edits, really transports the viewer/listener to Olympia Stadium.

Other than the Brussels show, can anyone recommend the very best recordings on this list for both performance and sound quality? Thanks.

Thank you BlueTurns2Grey for the suggestions, unfortunately I can't download from those sites here in the US. Any other ideas? QuoteBlueTurns2Grey If we are talkin' about Exile Deluxe, you can buy this one on qobuz or Amazon for example:

Greetings all -- I'm hoping to download the 2010 Japanese bonus track version of "All Down the Line." I'm happy to pay for the track if anyone knows a site from which I can download it. If not, I'm wondering if there might another online source available, or if someone might even be able to email it to me. Thanks for any responses...

Ideally the Stones would finally release a great '72 live album to accompany the Tourbook!

Not trying to rain on anyone's parade, but I think the sound on this release is disappointing for all the reasons one might anticipate these days: brickwalled, compressed, fake reverb added. It's like Bob Clearmountain is trying to appeal to today's youth audience that is used to music being overly processed and polished. I'm baffled by comments from IORR folks who say the

A bit of trivia: The Hollywood Palladium show was the source for the snippet of "Gimme Shelter" that was eventually included in the intro to the well known Bedspring Symphony '73 bootleg.

Thanks for the offer of the San Bernadino show. I'd agree it's a better performance overall. However there are a couple songs on the Coast to Coast album I like, and the sound quality is better. So if anyone can post the Coast to Coast album for download, I'd appreciate it.

Quotegonzalo76 I believe the silverCDs Sergeant! from Brenda Records (Tarantura sub-label) used midnrambler's torrent, added Sun 26th Oct, 2008 18:50 GMT but "remastered". You can download it here upped by axlh79. Torrent still active. Thanks!

I'd welcome responses to my following comments: It's intriguing to see such a wealth of Stones material all offered in one post. However I'm wondering (before I potentially invest money in a FileFactory account, and spend time going through all these links), how many rare gems are actually included? I'm sure I don't have as big a collection as many IORR members, but

I'm late to the party here, so please forgive me if this has already been discussed ad nauseam, but are there any verified *lossless* sources of the Fully Finished Studio Outtakes? If so, can someone please direct me toward a current link for downloading them? Thank you.

Tornandfrayed, I'm curious if you make this comment simply because those are the only professionally recorded '72 shows you've heard, or if you have definite confirmation that no other shows from the tour were recorded?

QuoteTornandfrayed Sadly, only the Texas & Philly runs were professionally recorded (7 shows in total). Hello IORR friends -- I really dig the music on the new archival track "All the Rage," yet I basically cringe when I hear Mick's contemporary vocals. So I just made a hybrid edit which combines the instrumental sections of "All the Rage" with the original vocal sections from "You Should Have Seen Her Ass." The transitions between the sources are of course notice

I think part of the reason Sweet Black Angel sounds different from most of Exile is that it was recorded primarily at Stargroves during the Sticky Fingers sessions.

I totally dig "You Should Have Seen Her Ass" (some of the riffing foreshadows "Little & A"), and was hoping to have a clean mix of it on GHS deluxe. But once again Mick can't leave well enough alone, and on "All the Rage" he overdubs his contemporary vocals which totally SUCK if you ask me. Same as on "Do You Think I Really Care" from Some Girls,
