#1 - only once have I fallen asleep and missed part of a show. As it turns out the artist (not the Stones) was also having an off night. #2 - when I go into a concert, I go in with the attitude of "Do Not Disturb". I'll agree to not to disturb you by being an obnoxious, loudmouth, falling down, f*%ked up douchebag if you agree not to disturb me by talking on your cell phone or to yo

QuoteGRNRBITW QuoteUnderAssistantWCpromoMan As much as possible. I was lucky enough to have a hotel room within walking distance of 4 Bigger Bang shows. I blew it out each time like I was in the contraband olympics. Amphetamines, xanax, Cali Kush, Vicodan, LSD, Heineken, Camel lights were all on the menu in Atlanta. But, I've wised up and since quit smoking tobacco! finally! somebody

Quoteuhbuhgullayew Intriguing. Anyone else have other odd facts / stories from the Black and Blue sessions? Wayne Perkins lives in my home town, and would occasionally make the odd live appearance, but is battling poor health these days and does not make it out much. One story from this period he loves to tell is, between Stones sessions Keith was frequently at "The Wick" ja

Hey thanks to all who take the time and effort to capture these performances and share with the world. I've watched the Sunday's show on DVD and listened to the audio in my car all week, God knows how many times. I know it can't be easy, but thanks for making it happen.

Quotemicwer Guys, 5% of the songs that they played hadn't been played live since the sixties! Hard to complain... I think some folks will find it incredibly easy.

Quoteloveyoulive75 ..and do any of you have any plans to share any of these fine recordings with the masses on Dime or Hunger City, etc, or are you all going to continue to act like the elitist hoarders you all claim to detest? Man, is this you practicing to be a d**k, or are you showing off how far you've made it? First of all, anyone who wants this stuff can get it here-Second, Dime and Hu

QuoteEdith Grove QuoteRip This ....doesn't anybody have anything to say about the setlist?....grrr Too many grrring war horses: Nice! Man, I wish at least ONE tape of these old shows would make it into general circulation. I'd LOVE to hear the Stones doing "Jaguar and a Thunderbird", "Pretty Thing", "I Can Tell"! Such a tease, such a tease!

QuoteGazza The last three songs on the album clock in at around 30 and a half minutes in total! Jeez, what is it with these old longwinded grandpas? Neil Young has a new LP with Crazy Horse in the can and at least 3 combined songs (unveiled so far) clock in at post-30 minutes as well. Not that I'm really complainin', I'm just giving them "the business"! I've ignored all previews of

Quotetatters Only if they actually come out and say these are the final concerts. Otherwise everyone'll be thinking, "Ah, there's sure to be more shows next year. I'll catch 'em then." That would be quite the gamble. Let's face it, time is NOT on their side... I was looking forward to the Grateful Dead's '96 spring tour too, which was rumored to have stops in my town. Made me glad

Nice Phots! I haven't seen Dylan since 2010, with a one year lapse, since the late 90s and before, even. I never thought his shows were getting anything but better. I too have felt a certain predictability with recent setlists -due to lack of new material, but if the performances are there, well...Yea, heavy and a bottle of bread! A sad observation of recent years is how his shows seem t
