To all of you who have downloaded this..... couldn't you just listen to the download? There's no San Diego KBFH recording circulating. And they didn't even record this show, either. Should be very EASY to compare this to Largo and Pontiac, but I guess it's not too popular to ask people to *listen* to what they're downloading. I guess "having it" is all that matters. (not speaki

QuoteRank Stranger So there is a second source for the evening Boston show, but I can neglect it!? Is that what you're telling me, Erik? A 2nd source, Hans Jo? Compared to what? I don't know what you've got..... There's only one source for this show; only difference is the generation of the tape

QuoteMunichhilton QuoteErik_Snow I think KRW_CO shared the evening show taken from Joe Maloney's archieve, 3-4 years ago. It was not recorded by Maloney, but taken from a 2nd gen copy; sounded very distant, but still an upgrade from previous version. Not comparable with the better sounding Boston show. Have it stored on a different computer, so I can't double check if it really was KRW_CO sharing

Must be removed from youtube. That Waiting On a Friend was so excellent Idiotic that they removed it, there were no original audio there. It used to be listed under "Waiting On A Friend short movie"

Quotedcba The band could definitely drop a few (lossless) 2012-13 live files on their site. For us Europeans, you mean. Why spend expensive FLAC/WAV files on Americans? They're happy with MP3, you know

We could get Don Was and Matt Clifford as guests, on strap-on keyboards. Maybe it'll creat the same excitement as on 2nd Anaheim

Quotetoomuchforme too bad the recording is not better. Nowadays you can easily record an excellent audience. Yes it's a shame Dan didn't give us a better recording. Especially when it's SO easy to do that

Quotemidnrambler Quote999 DAC-131 2 CD One More Shot - Newark 15.12.2012 : PS : low resolution artwork... Oh no!!! They used the bullsh!t version with the howling idiot in Miss You! Obviously they never heard of the 5.1 version of which only the front channels must be used. What a wasted chance! I'm amazed on poorly informed the DAC team is these years, releasing things that has been

QuoteTheBlockbuster ... and hopefully 6th June sounds better than CaptainAcids And Falo's version. How do you think any bootleger can make it sound better? dcba is spot on; as Godfather never releases any "new source" , they just recycle torrents/fan products, after wasting it all with poor EQing/compressing. Happy buying

QuoteRODAXE QuoteErik_Snow QuoteRODAXE QuoteFirstTimeSeattle81 There's Ian Stewart in the 2nd version! Also noticed (duh) no Billie or Ollie. I dunno why I always thought this was shot during the same German arena shooting session along with 'Crazy Mama,' 'Hot Stuff,' and 'Hey Negrita.' Just assumed it was shot last, after dark. Anyone no where this session was done? Anymore from it I wonder...

The best version is the "sniff" version, available on "Static in The Attic" bootleg. Post a link to that one, and you'll have a winner

QuoteEdward Twining Jagger doesn't feel 'Sway' at all, and that's the real problem here. He sings it like a pop song. Mick Taylor should have been given a few minutes of extended guitar soloing at the end. Agree completely. Of course some posters here will be outraged for you mentioning that Though Jagger's singing is the worst thing about Sway.....at least he sings it better than he did in

QuoteMathijs Quotekleermaker Quote71Tele QuoteMathijs Quote71Tele I wish to make the point again that Taylor's so-called "widdling" in '73 had as much to do with Keith prefering to develop his rhythm guitar style as much as anything else. What the hell else was Taylor supposed to do? He played what fit the songs and style of the band at the time. In '69 he played a lot of rhythm and cou

Quotertr So, you also have not enjoyed the Stones live for the last 38 years? Are you guys sure you are really even fans? Sounds like you've just been disappointed for years. "Vegas Stones", really? Sorry, I like the dynamic and sound of the band with Ronnie.[... ] Will you be playing more shows in Europe, next year, Keith?

Quotealimente Quote71Tele Quotegripweed QuoteRokyfan Quoteduffydawg Quotertr M.T. over plays and is overrated. Keith and Ronnie should not be backing this guy up. What a slap in their faces. You are an idiot. Tell me a better "back and forth" than KR and MT in Sympathy for the Devil on GYYA??? So you saw them in 1969, huh? So you are like 65+ years old on a message board ranking
