As HM says, Ronnie's remembering the Blind Faith concert a month earlier, bless him. Mick and Charlie attended that, no doubt in part to check out the set-up for their upcoming show and in part to check out Blind Faith. Who wouldn't?! And that goes for Ronnie as well.

The poster meant "the process of exchanging already-purchased $85 tickets for tickets with seat assignments has started" - not "they're handing out extra $85 tickets". Not that it matters now, but the process started an hour earlier than expected. That, I think, was the point of the thread.

Thanks for this thread - I have limited tolerance for lame audio quality but even so, No Expectations, Let It Bleed & Midnight Rambler were freakin beautiful I love the Rolling Stones
