I hope not. Plenty of better options to play IMHO.

QuoteJerkyLittleGIJoe QuoteWuudy It's fun to watch Jagger. It seems like he is really uncomfortable with this long solo. It looks like he keeps making gestures that Taylor should get on with it. Wuudy, Mick is really getting into the solo. He must be realizing what he has been missing in the live version of this song and its wonderful solo by Mick T. You can see him say to Taylor @ 6:52, "

Are there any new interviews that were done during the tour? Maybe one with Taylor?

QuoteDeanGoodman Sad. I was thinking about him 2 hours ago as I walked past the Doors mural outside Trader Joe's in West Hollywood. Real nice guy, if a tad verbose. We talked on the phone a few times, at length. And in person once at the VH1 Storytellers rehearsal. He never forgave Oliver Stone. And he loved the weed and his wife - not necessarily in that order. He was very cosmic, and I doubt

Quoterollingon Quotecrumbling_mice The thing that really irks me is that you would be hard pushed to find a Stones fan who would prefer to see Dave Grohl playing the solo on Bitch in place of Mick Taylor. Yet here we have a situation where Taylor (one of the world's best rock lead players) is standing in the wings watching Dave Grohl play on a song that he recorded with the band. Now if playing a

True, but that's because the type of sound changed because it's a completely different dynamic between the guitar players.

Quoteslew I'm glad you people are all in Mick and Keith's heads and know what they are thinking and feeling!!! Thank you, Slew! I was thinking the exact same thing. People are just making assumptions but can't have a single clue what the Stones think, feel or want.

I still think it's unbelievable that everybody is whining that Taylor only plays one song! It was unthinkable that he would join them on stage a couple of years ago and, apparently, they came close in 2003 at the London club show. Everybody on hear would have been so pleased if he came on stage as a guest. It seemed like the ultimate thing we could get is Taylor or Wyman come on as a guest and lo

I don't get why he should feel insulted. The Stones asked him if he wanted to be a guests on the whole tour and he said yes. Why should you expect to play more then 1 song? If he does then he should really feel insulted that they didn't asked him for the A bigger bang tour or 40 licks or B2B... He is not a member he is a guest and I think it is a lovely gesture of them to ask him after all these

Nice setlist! Not too adventures indeed but great list of songs. I never get it why they play songs like JJF and Brown Sugar at the warm up gigs. Everybody there has heard those songs many, many times before and they sure don't need them to please the crowd like they have to when they play a stadium concert. I think everybody at a club show would prefer any other song than a warhorse!

So how do they rehearse? In some reports I read that they start over a song or play it twice which made me think. Do they all play these songs once from start to finish or can you hear them work on them and do multiple takes of the songs?

There are strong rumours of dates in Australia. The promotor of the December concerts is the owner of the Allphones arena in Sydney so it would make sense. Maybe they will do it in combination with the south America dates.
