QuoteGreen Lady Quoteroby QuoteGreen Lady making the rest of the band (Mick included) into guests at the Dave Grohl Show was not fun. Come on ! Dave as Mick effectively just have a great time... Just saying you don't like him and his band is enough ! roby, you say what you feel and I will say what I feel, and that is what it felt like to me (obviously not to anybody else, but then I'm

I don't much care for Dave Grohl but his energy definitely rubbed off on Mick - his performance is truly something to behold in that amazing rockin' version.

Quotestraycatuk Quotepaulywaul QuoteRollingFreak Who would care enough to pay the Sons Of The Beatles. Thats a rip off concert if I ever heard one. You'd think they all want to be independent enough to not live off that legacy anyway. Well, you'd LIKE to think that, yes. Personally, having seen what Julian Lennon has got to offer, not to mention James McCartney ....... I'd be hard pushed to thi

I will be really sorry if this is true, as Zak is brilliant and I want to hear him play at those three London shows. I did learn about his injury from a reliable source but I don't know if it's still affecting him.

I was at the rail on Ronnie's side at both O2 shows. I'm 5'7" and had the most perfect view of everyone and everything - except the drummers going around the arena at the beginning. No cricks in the neck either. I would say anyway that the view is great from anywhere in the pit.

<<None of the Stones shows are sold out? Where did get that from.>> Here maybe: According to that, the only things sold out are $85 tickets and Hyde Park x 2 (plus Glastonbury, which doesn't count as it was sold out before the headline acts were announced).

Quotekahoosier Besides what I posted before, I forgot Beast and I had drinks with Bobby Keys one night until a younger female came by and took the bar count from 3 to 4. Quick as a heart beat we lost his attention without so much as "later." no "bros before ho's" sentiment there! My sister and I had breakfast at the table next to Blondie in Shanghai when he decided for so

QuoteNoCode0680 Maybe somebody's feelings were hurt when you wouldn't choose who to f#*k. LOL... Outrageous Affair. And $125 for shipping?! How do they work that one out? I'd demand an instant refund of the shipping fee as a very minor compensation for the inordinate delay.

Pull the other one. How does this so-called anti-scalping measure help fans? If the face value is that much higher, fans are still getting scalped - but officially so - to be able to get the seats they want at the get-go. The whole process should be transparent but now it even more mired in endless layers of fog and confusion and couldn't get much muddier.

Quotestonesrule It's great to know that so many of you who have posted in this thread are slim, handsome and authorities on health and music. Maybe it's just me but I think the tacky and cruel remarks re Mick Taylor's weight are unnecessary. We know that he's had medical problems. Does the guy have to disappear or die to please you? +1 Couldn't have said it better myself.

QuoteHound Dog My friend in Boston told me that this has been all over the radio stations that so many seats for the show there are not selling. Making the Stones look bad It's a major embarrassment. Someone got it very wrong - but very right for Hyde Park. It's at least three times the capacity of most US arena shows but it's the only show that's sold out (apart from Glastonbury, which was sol

Quotevirgil On RS.com where it describes the $85 ticket policy it has no reference whatsoever about limits. On the ticketmaster $85 dollar page it has (click ? for important restrictions). When you do, a little instruction box pops up, that says tickets will be sold only in pairs. No limits listed,Nothing about Households so I bought two pairs. Also on the bottom of the $85 page Clearly

That sounds more than a bit outrageous. Surely if you have a ticket, you have the right to enter or leave the venue as and when you please? So what does "out of luck" mean? That you won't get into the venue at all if you are too late by their standards for the pit? Or that you'll be assigned seats instead? SLO is Shelley Lazar's outfit, which is now part of Ticketmaster. I would

I can't believe what I'm reading - why do you keep on doing that - on his site, where many posters have spent decades talking about the band they love. What do you wanna achieve by this - sympathy? Acknowledgement? Yeah, I agree with you Dandelion. With couple of the 'insiders' in particular

Quotegotdablouse @micknkeef@cox.net - Well it does sound like you did the math, you were not in the range. And with an official capacity of 325 and band tickets they were over capacity already! This doesn't make sense...or some people did indeed not do the math properly or they hadn't handed it out all the raffle tickets for the chosen range? If that's the case, what a mess! AEG really can't h

Quotetommarty920 Got in line around 11:45 and there was already about 300-400 people in front of me. Finally at around 1:00-1:15 that hand out raffle tickets to everyone and shortly announce the winning numbers, which happened to be all in the back of the line. Unfortunately I did not have a winning ticket, however me and my buddy stayed behind to just see what happens. All the people that won we

After reading three lines of the list, the immediate thought that came to mind was - too pretentious for words (rather literally, in this case). Then I read the rest of the thread and see I am not alone. And no, it never did - and still doesn't - make me love the dear old dame.
