Ronnie had two matching Floyd rose equipped Tokai strat copies for the 81 tour..I recall this since my cousin got one right after seeing a stones show. Ronnie used it on when the whip comes down. I recall Ronnie saying he didn't mind hacking up a vintage guitar for the FR but since the Tokai guitars were really nice why ruin a vintage piece. Of course Jo and kids auctioned off a few of his

both seem to be in standard tuning. I don't hear the clues to suggest they are in other tunings.

the 73 concert is being released separately...the Allmans hate the sound of that record BTW and prefer Tom Dowd stuff all the time. I do love that record even pony boy and jelly jelly

there is a very nice little music scene up near the Old Town School of folk music. Besides the school itself there is Martyrs Katerina's the Horsshoe and a few other places...LA Boca is among the best italian places in town.... the blues clubs like Kingston mines n Blues are okay but touristy as is Legends. Andys JAzz Showcase and Green Mill for jazz

there is not much Duane on video...Aside from teh Fillmore footage the Love Valley stuff is reconstructed and there is very shorts bits from Central Park and maybe one or two other partials. here and there one can dig up some more live audio (aud and sdb) studio outtakes but of course the quality is not perfect and in many cases the shows are all jumbled with songs starting n stopping and weird
