Quotedcba Keith does see anyone under 50 with a guitar and an ability to rock as a potential threat. Remember what he barfed about G&Roses back in the late 80's? His great fear is that after 2013 Jagger keeps on rocking on a stage... with guys half his age. And he was right cause GnR sucks.

Oh, I know it happened - it was the night when Keith and Iggy became friends, they both hated the audience and laughed at the reaction that Iggy had created. I own a copy of magazine with Keith's interview, where he talked about it. Iggy has said that it was a legendary show, cause he tried to get a strong reaction from the idiots in the crowd and he did. - Keith didnt care about the crowd either

Quotedcba Quoteseitan When it comes to stage performance - energy, danger and power of a perfomer..Iggy is still the king - Jagger should take some serious lessons from Iggy Pop So acc. to you a great performer who's nearly 70 is one who behaves onstage like a kid of 20? Sorry I don't buy it. Take Dylan : he's 72 he hardly moves onstage BUT his current tour is stunning. And let's not for

The only reason Iggy hasnt been on stage with the Stones is simple ..he would wipe the floor with Jagger. When it comes to stage performance - energy, danger and power of a perfomer..Iggy is still the king - Jagger should take some serious lessons from Iggy Pop - Iggy makes Jagger look like Mickey Mouse. If Stones should take lessons from someone that would be Iggy & The Stooges - Iggy is

QuoteTeddyB1018 I've never liked any of Dave Grohl's music since he stopped drumming for Nirvana. The Foo Fighters are generic hard rock, their biggest hit was a straight rip of a superior Violent Femmes song, and I didn't like them much on SNL with Mick, preferring Arcade Fire. I thought the McCartney collaboration was henious. There's nothing about the Foo Fighters the Rolling Stones need imit

Quotestonehearted QuoteLeonidP Quotemelillo dave grohl talks shit about keith in the lemmy doc and then goes up there and plays with him, hypocrite! Not a hypocrite, by any means ... Dave explained this very clearly ... back in the late 90s when Foo opened up for the Stones, Dave was very excited to meet the legends, only to find that they didn't want to meet him. Foos weren't allowed anywhere

QuoteJumpinJackOLantern QuoteDandelionPowderman And Keith plays well here. Some people tend to think he's pushed in the background just because the taper didn't film him that much. Solid playing, and it rocks! Keith has been outstanding this entire tour. I agree

Theres no point in this Keith bashing.. You have three guitars on stage, Dave plays most of the lead guitar parts, there is no point for Keith to go over the top, I think he plays cool... No point in turning this into guitar battle between Dave and Keef...that would show poor musical taste - this is not sport, - it's rock n roll and - they let their special guest do his own thing...Nothing new,

QuoteThrylan I am an Exile man, but prefer the SG Bonus, slightly. I love you too much is my fave, with Claudine as a close second. Yellow Cab is hot too. I have always been an avid boot collector, and while the Exile stuff is good, they left alot off in favor of weaker material. Traveling Man is hotter than any of what they used,(I think the Black Crows lifted its riff for Sting Me.) Alas, greed

QuoteDoxa I think EXILE bonus has stronger individual tracks (a true gem: "Plundered My Soul", but SOME GIRLS bonus works better as a whole - its standard is higher over-all. Both are great reminders of the greatness of the band - and I can't recall when I have been so thrilled for having a new Stones tune to go crazy aboout as I did with "Plundered My Soul". I hope there is mo

Quoteroby Based on SFTD video, where me and others boarders think that the rhythm guitar kind of disappeared in favour of Chuck's keyboards, what do you think about the place of the keyboards in the Stones live sound ? Often, I regret that Chuck plays today what Ronnie and Keith do not play more. Stu and Nicky Hopkins (piano players) completed the sound by little touch, Chuck seems to be more

It would be an insult to the fans. Mick Taylor is good guitarist in his era songs but he cannot re
