At least a few shows. I drove from KY to Chicago, and talked to a group in the hotel from Arkansas. Churchill Downs sold out and got 10000 seats added that also sold in 06. Forum: Tell Me
Sorry. I feel stupid but my computer is down and my ticket master app on the phone is vague. What do I need to get my tix. I've got the order confirmation number and the card used to purchase. Is that all I need?
And, if anyone writing the setlist is reading, please play "Out Of Control". Forum: Tell Me

Over the years I have grown tired of Keith but my sense is fans look more favorable on him than Mick. Why is that? Keith is rock and roll, yeah I get that but his everyman act is oh so tired.
As much as he annoys me I feel a bit sorry for him becasue he is kind of pathetic at this stage. I don't think anyone would ever feel that about Mick. Why is there a feeling to p Forum: Tell Me
I gotta think the band reads these posts and Keith said "sorry friend. You're gone. I don't want anybody accusing me of playing air guitar to your parts." Forum: Tell Me
Two for the Friday Chicago show, just when I was starting to really hate my greedy favorite band they came out with this little gift to the true fans. Thanks guys. Forum: Tell Me
On WKRP, he had a picture on his apartment wall of him with Mick Jagger. In one episode, his daughter and her boyfriend come to stay with him. The boyfriend points out the picture, which I had always noticed and says "wow , you know Mick Jagger... Can you put in a good word for me...Keith Richards can't last forever". Fever replies, "I'll let him know. We're going swimming tomorro Forum: Tell Me

Yeah well because the whole Zilker performance has been overdubbed by Pierre de Beauport... that is not actually Keith playing.
I've been hearing that theory for years on here. What is the origin? Forum: Tell Me

"Anyone who thinks playing music in a band is work, has never done REAL WORK."
That statement is moronic on any number of levels. In fact, it's kind of astoundingly idiotic.

Oh and congratulations bv. You are very officially a mainstream, quoted, reliable, trusted source with your fantastic site. I could have told them that in '97 when I first stumbled across it. Thanks for running it. Forum: Tell Me

They have (had) very much of an inside leak in Paris, with those pictures.
I wonder if he or she has been uncoverd. Can you imagine Mick sitting down demanding every techs and every cleaning lady's phone to check if the pics are still on there?
I suppose the audio is not from the same source as the pics since the quality of that is a bit like eardropping from the outside. Forum: Tell Me

Bill usually manages to duplicate/enhance Keith's studio-recorded bass live but I've often wondered what songs like "Sympathy" and "Flash" would have sounded like had Bill been "permitted" to lay down his own lines. I'm sure not being allowed to contribute to many of the band's signature tunes must have stung. He looks miserable in the Goddard film. Forum: Tell Me
As I recall, it was reported at the time that Elton left the funeral early to start work on getting the single released. Great friend to the Princess. Then it went on to be the number one selling single of all time. It looked quite greedy. Keith's comments, when taken in context, were in response to Elton's disrespect and greed in this situation, and the fact that he couldn't even write a new Forum: Tell Me
This dude is on Jagger's payroll or something. Kissing his a$$ shamelessly. I found it comical reading this again after browsing throught the track talk on 'Time is On Our Side' or whatever website earlier tonight about 'Wild Horses', seeing Jagger and Richards both quoted about Keith writing the melody and chorus and Mick the verse lyrics, over a span of thirty some years of interviews, always Forum: Tell Me
