Monte - A masterpiece? okay its probably not as bad as I make it out to be but a masterpiee NO!!! It has some merit One Hit, Harlem Shuffle and I forgot about Sleep Tonight which is Ok the rest I don't like Jagger does not sing well here and acts like he has had it with these guys. I've never questioned MT's abilities he is a great guitarist and his work with the Stones should never be overlooked. What gets me sometimes is the people that discount Ronnie and Brian and think MT is the be all end all for the Stones. The other two versions of the band are pretty darn good too though the Ronnie years have been spotty but that may have something to do with the age of the band

Thrylan/71Tele - I have to agree with 71 for the most part about TD. The version of Tumbling Dice on Brussels is about the hottest thing the Stones have ever done and MT is sublime on that. MT and Keith trading solos and Keith laying down the rythyms for MT to play off of in the early seventies was the Stones at their best.
