...unfortunately. I definitly hope so. But I think this song wouldn't match with the whole setlist during this tour. And too much Mick Taylor would damage Jagger's ego. Don't get me wrong... I'm really glad they've played Sway, CYHMK, Midnight Rambler, Satisfaction and Love in Vain. I'm very thankful that Jagger/Richards gave MT some fine moments during this tour. I'm a big MT fan. So,

I do agree with Jagger. There's no use to produce a NEW album. The sound of the album wouldn't be that new. It's always the same kind of riffs, feeling, bad lyrics... with other words, a BAD album. Besides, I think the audience would rather hear their great stuff of the past. Nothing wrong with it. I still think this tour is the last 'trick' they will do. It's fine by me. They are still gre

QuoteVocalion If you mean the one from The Verve, then: yes. It's in my top 5 albums. No, I don't mean the album by The Verve. Sorry, Vocalion. And no, I don't mean Eastern Soul. I'm talking about Soul music from the 60s. Like Motown. The music grew stronger in the 70s in the UK. And that became Northern Soul. Again, listen to this mixtape to get a example of the sound: mixtape

It's cool to see MT walk to Keith and jam with each other. This never happened in the seventies. :-) I hope to see the full video in GOOD quality...

I was looking forward to see Crossfire Hurricane. It was to fun to see, but afterwards I felt slightly disappointed... The Stones excist 50 years (or something). There should be a larger documentary and better narration about their music. I hate to say this, but The Beatles Anthology was much more intens and personal for example. And they only were 10 years together(!) Crossfire Hurricane

I've read the book. It was ok, but not that special. The last two or three chapters were written with a hurry. Little details and there aren't specific stories about some songs. Some sarcastic remarks here and there about Jagger. Philip Norman's writing isn't that good. Long sentences and sometimes unrelevant. This book is ok, but not that special.

As a MT-fan, I would love to see him play these songs with The Stones: * Sway * Can't You Hear Me Knockin' * Time Waits For No One * Winter * If You Can't Rock Me But hey, it won't happen, I think. Gotta be realistic about these things... :-(

Quotestonesdan60 Remember that Mick and Keith ran the show. If keith said he wwanted to play bass because he had a good idea, Wyman knew it was futile to argue. Keith has played bass on loads of songs: Let's Spend the Night Together, JJF, Street Fighting Man, Live With Me, Casino Boogie, Happy, and a host of others I can't bring to mind. Then there's a whole bunch that Ron Wood played bass on...
