I think it looks like the sound engineer was sleeping when Waits started singing as it appears to me that Waits' mouth is singing, but no sound comes out the first couple of seconds, and Mick tries to get the band to wait him in. Shit happens and I think they handled it fine.

A significant percentage of the attendees at a Rolling Stones concert of today, know who Mick Jagger is. Period.

It's actually Mick and Ron who are off beat with the intro that sort of deludes Keith. He's starts off right, then it's mick an Rons wrong figure that at the end also makes Charlie insecure, and the crash is inevitable. Also Keith doesn't play the riff throughout. Anyway a very good stones rocker!

Quoteozziestone Stumbled across Satisfaction at the Marquee 1971 on you tube tonight. Never liked the song much but this version is great!!! Perfect tempo! Love the way the riff is half buried in the song. Nice bluesy feel. Horns are great and Jaggers singing is spot on. Better than the Otis Redding version on which it is probably based. Highly recommended if you haven't already seen it. Yeah.

Haven't seen that before. Excellent live version. Even Rons singing is good despite his broken whiskey-haze voice.

It probably has a lot to do with Darryls own sound. He was using a Precision bass of some kind, and that has much more middle tone than many other bassguitars. Not always very good on it's own but it very often sounds faboulus in a mix within a typical classic rock setting.

Quotejpasc95 Quoteaudun-eg I'm recording it on my decoder, and will see if I can transfer it to DVD without losing too much of the quality. thanks in advance. by the way, is it broadcasted in HD ? Yes, but I don't have the equipment to transfer it to DVD in HD quality. I do think that I will be able to get a lossless transfer of the audiosignal though, but it will take some time before I have

I think some people have bigger issues in their lives to deal with than Chuck beeing Stones' keyboardplayer...

The people who dislike him are the ones who think they know better than the Stones themselves what's best for them. Chuck is a complete and versatile musician. As for many Stonesfans, the Stones shouldn't be assosiated with such a terrible thing!

QuoteMathijs Alright then, here’s my review. My seat was Wood’s side, front row, right against the barrier. Security told us that we where not allowed to stand at the barrier for safety reasons, but if you would sit on the designated seat you would not see the stage at all. As it turned out, we where invited to stand at the barrier right after the drums intro. We where at the barrier with

QuoteJustin QuoteWeLoveToPlayTheBlues Seeing the Midnight Rambler whole video and watching MT, did Ronnie even play on that song!? Ronnie rightfully stepped back as far as he possibly could from Taylor and Keith. In fact, him being there just on rhythm crowded up the sound way too much. The song was made for just two guitars...Taylor just needs to relearn his parts and get to know the song ag

Quoteroby Ah ah ah physical aspect. Let's speak guitar Here, Taylor is purely awesome... And Ronnie, oh yes, he is thin, like always ^^ Let's be realistic. Taylor wasn't awesome. He had many bum notes, didn't pay much attention to the rest of the band, (Pretty much like Jeff Beck...) and has certainly played much better, but it was very nice seeing him with the Stones again. As for the guest

QuoteJustin Quoteaudun-eg Very cool! MT claims a little too much space here, maybe, but who can blame him after so many years, and most of his playing is great! Nice to see both Ronnie and Keith letting Mick T shine here. Glad someone else noticed too. Perhaps it was the mix on the video but I was straining to hear some of that Keith/Charlie pocket that still makes this song great. I couldn't

Due to the videos posted by fans who were there, I really hope this will be released so the very many of us who didn't get to see what must have been a fantastic show, can get this in decent quality both video and audio. If not official then at least a sounboard/proshot boot. Watching all the videoclips posted here, I haven't been this excited about Stones live since the BB tour. Some of the so

I prefer this over the radioversion of Doom anyway. The albumversion of Doom and this is maybe equal, but I think I prefer One More Shot anyway. It's a Keef song... and there's no doubt about it.

A kind of mish mash of Take it so hard, How I wish, Mixed Emotions, Don't Stop, Street Fighting Man etc. but it lacks the catchy chorus and a good melody at first listen. Still it rocks and I think the tune improves a little as it goes along. The sound is good though and nice solo from Ronnie too. Still I can't help wishing they would let Ronnie in on the songwriting at this point. His last re
