Let it bleed documentary
Posted by: RichardHurrah ()

Hi,

I'm searching for the "Let It Bleed - 40 Years Of The Rolling Stones" documentary (one of the best I've seen). I had it on vhs from the original broadcast on Arte TV but I lost the tape (shame on me).

I know it exists as a 3 DVDs set but even a divx would be ok for me.
I'm currently registered to RapidShare.

If anyone can help...

Thanx in advance

Looking for Voodoo Lounge on DVD (lost the vhs tape)

Cheers,
Gentle Ben

It's Only Rock And Roll (but my "extended" family likes it)

Unfortunately I don't have Voodoo Lounge. The only DVD I have, beside a few divx, is Big @#$%& Blues which is available on the web.

Pardon me, but I'm french speaking, what is B&P ?

Thanks a lot

Blanks&Postage. Kind of exchange thing. You send 3 blank CDs/DVDs to the person who's willing to copy the stuff for you, along with a return mailer with sufficient postage (so the person who copies the whole thing for you doesn't have to pay money for blank CDs and postage, you know).

Oh, wait, here's a link. I'd give you the advice to read throguh ti all, although it's quite long. I didn't get the process in the beginning either (I'm german speaking) and the link helped a lot to understand it all.

Let It Bleed would be awesome!

OK, I understand, I used this process month ago to get a U2 dvd.

Gentle_Ben, it's ok for me, how do we proceed ?
(It seems there's no PM on this forum...)

As you two seem intent on doing a trade, and have ignored my previous message, I wont bother uploading it.

I didn't say I was going to do a trade. Was just helping out with the BnP thing.

I wasn't referring to you - sorry if that wasn't clear. Do you want it uploaded?

I asked this before: are there version of Let it bleed with menus so that you can go to certain parts of it?
Mine is without, so I always have to go through the whole very long docu.

My copy has menus although they're not very obvious.

The "bars" either side of the tongue are the chapter markers although, as you can see, they're not marked as such. It's the same on all three discs.
Hope that helps.

Thanx, Deltics!
That's why I was asking. Like Q.-Stone I had 3 diff. versions and all without chapters. So now I can look forward to get one of those with menus . .

I have 2 different ones. The one that Deltics posted the menu of (a 3-disc release by Mother' s little helper in english language) and a 2-disc release with menu but in german language (broadcasted on german TV 'ARTE').
