No, I decided not to...well to be true I really had mixed feelings about this one. I mean a legend playing in your hometown that is untra cool, but IMO his playing is not consistent anymore and the fear of seeing do a bad show was so big that I decided against going. I couldn't handle a possible last(only) time seeing him would be a bad experience.

Probably a wise decision.

Just read a review of yesterdays concert in Odense. Headline: Dreadfull & Amazing...saying only the last twenty minutes was worth it, with Johnny B Goode as higlight of the evening.

Thanks. Saw Alvin Lee live once at a small music festival in Haderslev, which is a smaller Danish city some 100km south of where Kent lives, where I did some volunteer work for a couple of years. I clearly recall Alvin playing that song and also 50 000 Miles Beneath My Brain was included in his set.
