I think it's a fake, I can get the same effect by slowing it down keeping the pitch constant, in cooleditpro The change is about 80%.

All Down The Line "never released before" sounds so unnatural that it can only be a fake. It's almost as if the Stones are falling asleep! Musically it's exactly the same as heard before, it's just slower by keeping the pitch at the same time. Selfmade outtake.
