Is it legal to have bootlegs online ?

If so..

Isn't it an idea to make a complete works website with all avaible bootlegs for download. For serverspace people can donate some money. On a free base, or maybe with a login name.. Just like rockpassion had.. But then the whole complete works.. wich means nothing expires and GREAT stuff

me , bootlegman , ludwig , urbansteel , edmund , trapo , and maybe some other posters that have no lists as the good rolling on or other guys have premium accounts on different websites and if something expires it will be repoested here , so , we dont have to do another website , but anyway its a good idea.

and an expired concert is wellington april 18 2006 posted by kream some time ago.
