Thanks. Unfortunately the tracks on these 2 releases run much too slow.

yes they do and are very muddy sounding...!
has any one ever tried to speed correct these and clean these trax up...?
and how do the paris tapes compare quality wise to the ones here...?

Yes I tried with very good result. I speeded them up by 95% and lifted the highs with Adobe Audition. I think you can do this with many other audio editor softwares too. Just try it!

If you mean the "Paris Outtakes" CDs from Vigotone: they are of much better quality than these here, but they don't contain exactly the sametracks. The extended "Some Girls" versions (of Miss You, Whip, Imagination, Some Girls, Far Away Eyes, etc.) are not on the Paris Outtakes CDs.
