Are both track 11 songs really missing? If so, I have this boot and can post the missing tunes if anyone is interested.

Thanks for the post.I have one of the shows(not sure which one,have to check)on vinyl and it is a great show.Being from San Francisco,I have seen many great shows at the Cow Palace(unfortunately too young for this one)so I'm looking forward to the other show.
