POST: (The New) Nasty Music: 1973-09-08 (both shows) - speedcorrected & remastered

...this is my version of the '73 'Nasty Music'...I had the 'old'Nasty Music on tape some 20 years ago...
(I started early...lol) and I kinda always persumed it was the London show...don't ask me why...it was just ignorance...
So now I finaly do have these London shows (thnx to kream & Voodoo Lounge
Norway...) and I wanted to share this with you...because I think I made a major
improvement by correcting the speed (I use a tuning device and common sense
for that...). Ofcourse I EQ'ed it and balanced it to my liking...I hope you
do too...

I've uploaded it on gigasize and converted the files to 256kbs wma's...the
sources I used were lossy though...

Hi rubycatgirl

Congratulations for the GREAT job. Absolutely ALL is
perfect for both shows and the artwork is wonderful !

The nightmare now for Wembley 73 is to get the first
complete night (September 7)... I have two versions
of this show:

- The first with Heartbreaker faded out
- The second with SFM also faded out early

Both in average quality. I've tried to make one
with both but without success...

Don't know if a complete version exists in good
sound quality...

Someone ?

Francky

...thanks for the nice compliments...!

@FRANCKY About the 'Silver Train' show...
do your copies have speedproblems...?
- The first with Heartbreaker faded out
- The second with SFM also faded out early

The copy I recently d/l'ed from kream has unfixable speedproblems; the actual speed is probably good but the pitch is way off...and I can't change the pitch without changing the speed (or the beat...)...if I do (there is an option) the sound quality gets so much worse that it's no fun to listen to...

So I hope a lower gen. copy gives an oppertunaty to fix it nicely...
I asked my new friend from Norway to send me a copy of his 1973-09-07...I hope that is a nice one...

BTW...the first show from Sept. 8th is amazingly good for a first show is it not...? Mick Taylor is peaking...even for his standards...!
